As VIAANVASHU VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED provides IT-enabled and business process services, refunds are generally not applicable once services have commenced or been delivered.

Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by error

  • Service cancellation before initiation
